WHAT IS MOBtronic

MOBtronic provides automatic detection of man overboard incidents and aiding the rescue, all proven in 45,000 hours of cruise operation.

Each MOBtronic unit is self-contained combining micro-radars, IR cameras with video analytics and computer processing for a reliable 97% probability of detection vs industry leading less than 3 per week MOB notification.

INTEGRATION OF SENSORS & DATA

Multiple sensor stations mounted around the vessel at strategic locations simultaneously and continuously monitor volumes of interest.

INTELLIGENT MACHINE LEARNING

Falling objects are automatically and instantly detected, then behaviour of the confirmed tracks is analysed based on speed, fall direction, shape & strength, while independent visual sensors confirm a MOB incident.

RESCUE SUPPORT

Merging of multiple sensors ensures MOB radar tracks are further classified based on IR heat signature (object shape, dimension & range), while live video feeds and tracking of the victim aids rescue operations.
